No – we’re a private clinic, so you can book directly with us and most people do.
No worries at all – plenty of our patients pay privately. We keep our prices competitive because we want to help everyone in Hobart get out of pain, with or without health funds.
Yes, we’re registered with, and accept all funds (St Lukes, Bupa, Medibank, NIB, HCF, etc.) and have HICAPS for on-the-spot claiming.
Most clients get $40–$70 back from their health fund on the spot.
Yes – while physio is not covered by medicare we do accept Enhanced Primary Care Plans (EPC) now called GPCCMP, which can be obtained through your GP. This will take ~$62 off of the total session price for up to 5 sessions.
We’re not interested in seeing you forever. Our entire approach is built around finding and fixing the real reason your pain keeps coming back - whether it’s a movement fault, old injury pattern, muscle imbalance, recent injury or joint restriction. Most patients feel a noticeable difference after 2-3 visits and are fully discharged (or on a simple home plan) within 4–6 sessions. If we can’t fix the root cause, we’ll tell you upfront and point you in the right direction — no endless appointments, no bullshit.
You’re exactly the type of person we love helping the most. Most of our new patients in Hobart have already “tried physio” somewhere else - usually just heat packs, 10 minutes of massage, and a sheet of exercises they never did.
We do things differently: longer appointments, proper hands-on treatment, advanced diagnostics, and we actually figure out why the problem is still there. About 80 % of the people who walk in saying “nothing has worked” are significantly better within 4–6 visits here. If we genuinely think we can’t help you, we’ll tell you on the first visit and won’t take your money.
We usually have same-day or next-day appointments available (even during busy periods) and we have emergency appointments available if requried.
Yes – we accept all Work cover claims and providers - We simply require your claim number, your case managers and invoicing details, these will be provided to you by your GP or Employer throughout the WC claims process.
We hate the “come back forever” model as much as you do. Here’s the honest breakdown we see every week in Hobart:
Acute injuries (new ankle sprain, sudden back spasm, etc.) → usually 1–3 visits
Nagging pain that’s been around 3–12 months → mostly fixed in 4–6 visits
Long-term/chronic issues (5+ years) → 6–10 visits max, then you’re discharged with a bullet-proof home plan
On your very first appointment we’ll examine you properly and tell you exactly how many sessions we think you’ll need - written on paper, no guesswork. If you’re not at least 60–70 % better by visit 4, we’ll sit down and either change the plan or send you elsewhere at no charge. Most people walk out for good well before 10 visits.
Yes — we specialise in long-term back, neck, and sciatica issues that haven’t responded elsewhere.

Yes, we have advanced training in headache, migraine, and TMJ/jaw treatment.
Yes – post-surgical rehab is one of our busiest and most successful areas. We work week-in, week-out with Hobart’s top orthopaedic surgeons and follow their exact protocols so you get the fastest, safest recovery possible.
Here’s what actually happens:
We get the detailed surgeon notes and images before you even walk in
Shortly after discharge we will see you for your first physio session post op.
We control swelling, restore range fast, and rebuild strength the right way so you hit every milestone ahead of schedule
Most knee/hip replacement patients are walking unaided and driving again in 4–8 weeks instead of 12+
ACL and shoulder recon patients are back to light sport in 6–9 months and full contact when the surgeon clears you.
We’ve rehabbed hundreds of post-op patients across Hobart - many of them were told “you’ll just have to live with some stiffness” elsewhere and left here with full movement and zero pain.
If you’ve got a surgery date coming up or you’re already a few weeks/months out and not happy with progress, fill in the form and we’ll get you on the fast track.
Yes - pregnancy, post-natal, incontinence, and pelvic pain are all treated in private rooms. Should you require specialised pelvic physio we can refer you to one of our amazing specialist referral partners.

Yes - all our physios are registered with AHPRA and we only hire senior Physio that have 5+ years of experience.
We’ll call you within a few minutes/hours to answer any questions and book your first appointment (no obligation).
We like to have a 2-minute chat first to make sure you see the right physio for your specific problem - it saves you time and gets you better results faster.
Another weekend goes by and you’re still sitting out of family time, giving up kunanyi walks, missing your tee-offs, or dragging yourself through the week in pain.
You’ve been told you should slow down, stop sport, or “accept it”.
And now you’re relying on painkillers just to cope — secretly worried the next step is a surgeon’s office.
That’s exactly what we change.
We get Hobart moving again - stronger, pain-free, and back to the life you actually want.
Here’s exactly what you get when you become a patient here:
You’ve been told you should slow down, stop sport, or “accept it”.
A crystal-clear plan on day 1 that gets you back to walking, travelling, sleeping, gardening, playing with the kids or back on the footy field without painkillers or fear.
Longer appointments (30-45 mins, not 15-minute conveyor-belt stuff) so we actually have time to find and fix the root cause.
Hands-on treatment + custom strength & movement program that fits your life (no generic photocopied exercises).
We keep going until you’re 100 % happy and discharged – most people are done and dusted in 4–8 visits (not 4–8 months).
No endless appointments. No being told to “just stop doing what you love”. No bullshit.
If you’re ready to finally get rid of the pain instead of just managing it, fill in the short form and let’s get you on the right track.
